SiteSpark

Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

SiteSpark is a no-code website and online store builder, currently in active development. By creating an account you agree to the following:

Your content and your store

  • You own the content of the sites you build and publish through SiteSpark — the copy, images, and products are yours.
  • If you sell products, you’re the seller of record: you’re responsible for fulfilling orders, describing products accurately, and complying with consumer-protection and tax laws that apply to you.
  • AI-generated copy, product descriptions, and images (via “Build with AI” or AI-assisted editing) are a starting point — review them before publishing, the same as any first draft.
  • Don’t use SiteSpark to publish illegal content, or content that infringes on someone else’s rights (copyright, trademark, or otherwise).

Payments

  • Plan subscriptions and AI credit packs are billed through Stripe (or Apple’s In-App Purchase on iOS) — refunds for those follow Stripe’s standard dispute process, or Apple’s App Store refund policy for iOS purchases.
  • Selling a site on the Marketplace charges a real $10 platform fee, deducted from the sale via Stripe.
  • Payments a customer makes to your store go through your own Stripe Connect account — refunds, disputes, and customer service for those orders are between you and your customer, not SiteSpark.

Connected third-party services

Features that connect to AliExpress, Printful, or Namecheap (domain registration) are subject to those providers’ own terms of service in addition to these — SiteSpark isn’t responsible for their availability, pricing, or fulfillment.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Account — this is real, immediate, and permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that we determine, in good faith, is being used for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

Service changes

Plans, AI credit costs, and features may change as the product develops. The service is provided without uptime or data-retention guarantees while in this stage of development — we take real backups and treat your data carefully, but we don’t promise a formal SLA yet.
